This includes: • Account Information: Your name, email address, and password. • Profile Data: Travel preferences, interests, and Travel DNA profile settings you configure. • Trip Data: Destinations, dates, budgets, itineraries, and expenses you create within the app. • Usage Data: How you interact with MyAtlas, including pages visited, features used, and AI conversations. • Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and cookies.

We use the information we collect to: • Provide, maintain, and improve the MyAtlas service. • Personalize your experience based on your Travel DNA and preferences. • Generate AI-powered trip itineraries, recommendations, and answers. • Process payments and manage your subscription. • Send you important updates, security alerts, and support messages. • Analyze usage patterns to improve our product. • Comply with legal obligations.

MyAtlas uses AI services (including Groq LLaMA models) to power its conversational trip planning. Your chat messages are processed by these AI providers to generate responses. We do not use your conversation data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent. Your trip data, budget figures, and itineraries are stored securely in our database and are never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. MyAtlas does not store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. We only receive a payment confirmation token and your transaction status from our payment processor. Razorpay's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with: • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Supabase, Vercel), AI providers (Groq), and payment processors (Razorpay) who help us operate the platform, under confidentiality agreements. • Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority. • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred, and you will be notified.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@atlasapp.in. Some data may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes for up to 7 years.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted data storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and enable any available security features.
