Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyAtlas (available at myatlas.app and associated mobile applications), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyAtlas ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

MyAtlas is an AI-powered travel planning platform that allows users to: • Generate personalized trip itineraries through conversational AI. • Track travel budgets and split expenses. • Discover destinations tailored to their Travel DNA. • Collaborate on trips with fellow travelers. • Access hotel and stay recommendations. The service is available via web browser and is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To use MyAtlas, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete registration information. • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • All activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.

MyAtlas offers Free, Plus, and Pro subscription tiers with the following general terms: • Free Plan: Access to basic features with daily AI message limits. • Plus Plan (₹199/month): Expanded features, higher AI message limits. • Pro Plan (₹299/month): Unlimited AI access, all features unlocked. Payments are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed by Razorpay and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

MyAtlas uses large language models (LLMs) to generate trip itineraries, recommendations, and chat responses. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated content is provided for informational and planning purposes only. • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated travel recommendations, hotel prices, visa requirements, or safety information. • You should independently verify all critical travel information (visa requirements, flight schedules, hotel availability, local regulations) before making bookings. • MyAtlas is not a licensed travel agency and does not directly book flights, hotels, or activities on your behalf.

You agree not to use MyAtlas to: • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law. • Transmit harmful, offensive, or abusive content. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform. • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission. • Share your account credentials with others. • Use the AI system to generate content that promotes illegal activity, hate speech, or harm. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

The MyAtlas platform, its logo, design, and software are owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal travel planning. Content you create within MyAtlas (trip plans, expense entries, notes) remains your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the service.

MyAtlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free. • AI-generated itineraries will be accurate or suit your specific needs. • Hotel or destination recommendations are current or available. Travel inherently involves risks. MyAtlas is a planning tool; you assume all risk associated with your actual travel activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAtlas and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: • Loss of travel bookings or financial loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated content. • Data loss or service interruptions. • Any travel-related incidents or accidents. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Your use of MyAtlas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at myatlas.app/privacy.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of MyAtlas after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
